In accordance with Order No. 40 of the Federal Research Center of KSC SB RAS, the Information and Telecommunication Center of the Federal Research Center of KSC SB RAS informs about the technical feasibility of transferring employees to a remote work format. The remote work format is to be organized based on an administrative memorandum in the 1C “Document Management” system from the head of the structural unit which is addressed to the head of the ITC Department, Volkov D. V. Personal appeals of employees without coordination with the head of their administrative unit  will not be considered.

Connection Requirements:
1. Employees must have a home computer (laptop) connected to the Internet.
2. The computer program TeamViewerQS must be installed on the computer/laptop.
3. The interaction with ITC specialists while creating a remote workplace is to be carried out by e-mail or by phone.
