1 April 2020 г. FRC KSC SB RAS

Head of the dispatch service Shefer A.A. reported that there were no patients with coronavirus at the Federal Research Center KSC SB RAS, including separate subdivisions and branches, and informed on the number of people actually admitted to work as of March 31, 2020, including medical workers and employees of the power grid organization (energy service).
Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources Tirranen V.A. reported on having forwarded reports in the IAS “Monitoring” system on the number of people actually involved in the work as of the current moment, including separate subdivisions and branches of the Federal Research Center KSC SB RAS.
It is recommended that all employees, except for medical staff and those involved in emergency work, should switch to remote work mode to reduce social interaction and prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19). For the transfer, the employee is required to apply with a statement written in the recommended form to the head of his structural unit, separate subdivision or branch for further organization of the transfer to remote work. The head (of the department, laboratory, director of the subdivision) organizes the transfer of this application to the human resources department for further execution. The application can be submitted remotely (as a scan-copy by e-mail, a photo through a messenger, an MMS message, a document signed with an electronic signature, or through other available means).
