Report of the Emergency response center of FRC KSC SB RAS

The Emergency response center considered current issues concerning the measures against coronavirus at the Federal Research Center KSC SB RAS.

A consolidated list of employees of FRC KSC SB RAS has been compiled. It includes those who have received a certificate of employment under quarantine measures, as well as employees who are on medical leave, vacation, or not involved. Based on this list, information for issuing electronic passes is submitted to the Administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk.

The heads of structural divisions, as well as the heads of separate divisions and branches of the Federal Research Center KSC SB RAS were instructed to take into account the Recommendations of the national coordination center for computer incidents as to addressing information security threats associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as well as the Recommendations of the Federal Service for technical and export control to ensure the security of critical information infrastructure facilities during the implementation of the remote work responsibilities of employees of the critical information infrastructure entities.

In accordance with Protocol No. 7, Preparation of Reports on the remote work of the employees was organized in the form specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Protocol No. 7 of the meeting of the Emergency response center as of 10.04.2020, for each calendar week when the employees of divisions were involved in remote work.
