On April 7, a meeting of the Emergency response center of FRC KSC SB RAS was held on the prevention of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.

The head of the dispatch service Shefer A.A. reported on the number of employees actually involved in work at the FRC KSC SB RAS, including separate subdivisions and branches, as well as on the number of telecommuters working remotely in the organization.
  
The Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources Tirranen V.A informed on having forwarded a report to the Russian Ministry of Science and Education and noted the need to provide medical leave certificates for people aged 65 and over who are neither on vacation nor involved in remote work.

The heads of the subdivisions and branches of FRC KSC SB RAS are notified of the need to ensure timely submission of the information as specified in the local regulatory acts of FRC KSC SB RAS and protocols of the meetings of the Emergency response center during the entire term of restrictive measures to prevent coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. At present, it is necessary to ensure the timely submission of the reports specified in Protocol No. 6 of the meeting of the Emergency response center as of 07.04.2020.

In addition, the Deputy Director for security, Molyanov M.F., as well as all the heads of subdivisions and branches of FRC KSC SB RAS were instructed to ensure a strict ban on access to the buildings and premises of FRC KSC SB RAS for employees not involved in full-time work (at workplaces).
